Hi, I’m Jen.

I’m a licensed psychologist and certified career coach who intimately knows the challenges of burnout, compassion fatigue, and career transitions.  I’ve been in confusion, overwhelm, and uncertainty about what exactly to do next.

Throughout my career, I’ve been captivated by the good work of healing professionals. I’ve always supported therapists or other helpers.

In fact, I delved so deep into the subject that I centered my dissertation around it after my first round of burnout I experienced as a foster care caseworker.

As a career coach (and former practice owner), I also get that sometimes we just want other things than the career we’ve chosen.  And that’s ok too!
