I am a conscientious, practical, and light-hearted psychologist and entrepreneur with deep knowledge of both business and wellness. With curiosity, I seek to deeply understand your circumstances and provide actionable steps to move forward. No matter how tangled it can feel, there is a path forward! 

I’ve worked in various settings throughout my career that include foster care caseworker and supervisor, agency therapist, school psychologist, and a former private practice owner for 9 years.  I get the pressures that these roles create….

I understand that everyone's journey is unique, no cookie-cutter courses here! Through custom one-on-one coaching sessions (and weekly asynchronous support), you'll have the opportunity to explore your challenges, gain insights, and receive customized strategies for healing and resilience.

  • Prework on Your Core Values and Strengths:
    Before our first call, I’ll provide you with valuable exercises to decode your burnout/stress, assess career alignment, and your current wellness. This groundwork will set the stage for our deep dive into your unique situation. This will help me customize the resources you need vs. a cookie cutter approach.
  • 75-Minute Kickoff Session:
    We begin our journey with a powerful and focused session to establish a strong foundation. During this session, we’ll gain a deeper understanding of your challenges, aspirations, and goals, enabling us to tailor the program to your specific needs.
  • Biweekly 1:1 Zoom Calls:
    Over the course of our program, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in five 50-minute biweekly Zoom calls. These sessions are dedicated to providing personalized guidance, support, and accountability as we explore your path to rejuvenation and growth.
  • In the first month:
    We’ll focus on 90-day decisions and experiments you may want to try in your business and life.Together, we will develop a detailed plan to enhance your wellness, address time scarcity, and foster financial stability. If you’re considering a career or business pivot, we’ll work closely to devise a strategic roadmap for your successful transition.
  • Access to Private Client Tools and Resources:
    Gain exclusive access to your custom client tools, templates, frameworks, and other valuable resources. These assets are designed to empower and equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary for your personal and professional growth. They will be custom to you through my honeybook platform space (no digging through email!).
  • Priority Support via Email and Voxer:
    We understand that questions and concerns may arise outside of our scheduled calls. That’s why I offer priority support via email and Voxer from Monday to Thursday, ensuring a prompt response within 48 hours. Feel free to seek guidance, request reviews of websites or materials, or simply seek reassurance when needed.

No, it is a coaching program focused on developing emotional and cognitive skills to increase coping and resilience. Your program is designed for you! I’ll ask you a series of questions to ascertain your brain wellness. From that, we’ll work on tools and resources for increased brain health and neuro-coaching for optimal resilience. We will focus on how your wellness dovetails with the structure of your professional and personal life and assist in helping you make hands on adjustments to optimize your workflows and decision making. 

Submit an unlimited number of questions and requests for feedback, and I will respond with a video created just for you within 2 business days T-F, often sooner

Everything is custom and tailored to your needs. We tailor a custom plan targeted to your goals.  Meetings will be bi-monthly or weekly.  Most of my clients spend around $650-$950 per month on custom coaching with 1:1 access to me through emails, weekly (or bi-monthly meetings) via Zoom, and habit tracking and formation. 

First, I want you to feel that this will fit into your life. You probably have SO much on your plate. I’ll provide gentle accountability to aid in meeting your goals. 

You have my portal and you can ask questions in between sessions. I love to send resources in between for support and further thought. 

 I also work well with folks who identify as having unique brains and may identify with varying levels of attention,  neurodiversity, and/or fatigue. I also work with leaders who want to find optimal brain health to perform better in their life.  I utilize neuroscience to suggest tools and increase flow in your personal and professional life.
